For personalised products, use the drop down boxes to make your selection (if requested) and enter the personalisation details in the relevant box that appears on the item page.
Please ensure that these details are accurate as changes cannot always be made once the order has been submitted.

Once you have completed your selection of items, click “Go To Payments” and enter your details and provide a delivery address if different from your credit or debit card registered address.
Upon receipt of your order we will send a confirmation via an email. This email will be your proof of payment and we recommend that you also print this for your records.

We deliver anywhere in Mainland UK, apart from the Highlands and Islands of Scotland (this does not apply to photographic orders). The delivery charge can be seen for each product when you “add to basket” and proceeding to the checkout stage. Each product has a different delivery charge and is dependent upon the product’s weight and size.
Event photographic orders are sent by Royal Mail, these are normally dispatched within 28 days from receipt of cleared payment (during busy periods, delivery can take upto 56 days). Personalised items can take up to 28 days depending on the item required. Urgent orders can sometimes be processed much quicker but may be subject to an extra charge and extra delivery costs, please use the ‘Enquiry form’ (Contact Us page) to contact us if this is the case and we will endeavour to reply as quick as possible.
We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible (subject to receiving satisfactory payment, see our Terms & Conditions). If an item is no longer available or is out of stock we shall inform you and advise you of the expected delivery time. We may contact you by telephone so please ensure that you have provided us a daytime contact number. By placing an order you confirm that you have provided us the correct billing address of your debit/credit card and the correct delivery address.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery caused by our suppliers or by any other third party. Hence we cannot be liable for an item that fails to arrive by a required date.
